Individualized Career Counseling by DNIG in association with the Cluster General Manager of Hilton Hotels

On September 10th, DNIG successfully arranged an exclusive "One to One Career Guidance" session with Mr. Gajendra Sharma, Hilton Hotels' Cluster General Manager. The event, which lasted for approximately three and a half hours, was hosted at the Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef Hotel Lobby.

Participants had a rare chance to interact with Mr. Sharma, learning insightful information about the sector and growing their professional network.

Mr. Sharma took the time to get to know each attendee and answered any questions. He stressed the need of being a lifelong learner and consistently striving to improve society as well as oneself, explaining that one should not wait for opportunities to present themselves; rather, always be prepared for opportunites and one should seize them when they arise. By sharing his own experiences and career- and life-changing decisions that he made, he motivated the audience and made the event incredibly fascinating and enlightening.

DNIG especially thank Mr. Sharma for taking time out of his hectic schedule to mentor and assist DNIG members with their career and personal goals. He expressed a strong desire to work with DNIG in the future to support and strengthen the Nepalese community through more collaboration in such sessions.
